CURVED ROLLERS

The garage door is made of galvanized steel sheet, 0.6mm, 0.8mm or 1mm thick, in a curved shape for better durability against wind pressure. It is painted using electrostatic paint in RAL codes in the color of your preference.

The roller is wrapped around a galvanized reinforced lath of the same diameter and rotates on special drums of galvanized sheet, which have a special Teflon ring on their inside, which does not wear the lath and ensures quiet operation.

Every second profile slat features special nylon caps on its two ends, which prevent deformation of the profile to the sides and serve as slides inside the side guide rails of the roller. This way, the guides do not need greasing.

The roller moves inside grooves (guides) with an Omega section with a depth of 7cm.

A special profile (sill) made of soft rubber, 1.5mm thick, is installed on the lower side of the roller to counter any unevenness of the ground and enhance the profile even more.

The garage door operates electronically or manually. A single-phase, powerful engine is used and is operated using a remote control or button. In case of a power failure, the unlocking device located inside or outside the room may be used.
