IMITATION WOOD

The garage door is made of two sheets of galvanized steel sheets of a thickness of 0.6mm or 0.8mm, in a sandwich formation, filled with high-compression polyurethane for durability and compactness. The raw material which the profile is made of is painted beforehand in an imitation wood tone and is offered in two unique colors of dark and light grained wood.

The roller is wrapped around a galvanized reinforced lath of the same diameter and rotates on special drums of galvanized sheet, which have a special Teflon ring on the inside that does not wear the lath and ensures quiet operation.

Every second profile slat features special nylon caps on its two ends which prevent deformation of the profile to the sides and serve as slides inside the side guide rails of the roller. This way, the guides do not need greasing.

The roller moves inside grooves (guides) in an Omega section with a depth of 7cm.

A special profile (sill) made of soft rubber, 1.5mm thick, is installed on the lower side of the roller to counter any unevenness on the ground and enhance the profile even more.

The garage door operates electronically or manually. A single-phase, powerful engine is used and it is operated using a remote control or button. In case of a power failure, the unlocking device located inside or outside the room may be used.
