Description

Sectional garage ceiling doors consist of:

Double-wall panel made of galvanized goffered steel sheet, 0.5mm thick, electrostatically painted using a (RAL) color providing anti-rust protection, thermally insulated with hard polyurethane 45kg/m3.

Total panel thickness 42 mm.

Guides and a heavy-duty frame made of galvanized metal sheet, 2mm thick.

Adjustable hinges made of heavy-duty galvanized steel, 2.5mm thick, which guarantee quiet operation.

Adjustable torsion springs on a steel, reinforced lath for perfect balance of the door.

Complete sealing of the room using:

Sealing rubbers along the height of the door at both sides.

Rubbers between the joints.

Rubber with a double concave profile, a special compartment on the lower panel of the door.

Rubber on the upper last panel, adjoining the front of the frame.

An opening door for pedestrians can be constructed either as a built-in component in the door or next to it.

It includes a lock, a safety cylinder and an automatic reset mechanism so that it does not remain open during operation of the sectional door.
