INDUSTRIAL ROLLS

The single wall industrial rollers are made of galvanized steel sheet 1.00mm or 0.6mm thick for double profile sandwich type insulation and are painted with electrostatic paint in RAL codes in the color of your choice.

Each second strip of profile has special nylon pockets at both ends, which prevent lateral displacements of the profile and act as sliders inside the side guide rails of the roller. This way no greasing of the drivers is required.

The guides are of special shape <omega> cross section, 2mm thick sheet metal, with integrated hoses and brushes 2 pieces in each guide - channel (total four in number), to reduce air loss and noise.

The roll will be wound on a TUBO shaft of similar diameter with flanges, which are welded inside the shaft for additional reinforcement.

A special angle is inserted in the last profile, depending on the width of the roll for additional reinforcement of the roll. A special profile made of soft rubber is placed at the bottom which balances any irregularities of the ground and acts as a cushion, which we press with the weight of the roll forming a sealing barrier.

The operation of the roller can be done in 2 ways, either with a button of controlled ascent and descent of two positions (one for the ascent and the other for the descent). It is 24V for safety reasons of the staff and its operation is done if it is pressed, or with remote control where it is necessarily equipped with safety photocells to avoid an accident.

MANUAL OPERATION
